The BHHS Sales Convention 2017: Fresh from Phoenix

TRIBUS just got back from attending the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices 2017 Sales Convention in Phoenix.  We had a great time meeting current customers, old friends, and new ones as well.  Gino Blefari, CEO of HSF Affiliates, gave a keynote speech about reaching your potential, which is directly on point with our product announcement made at the show.  Some other highlights of the show are also described below.

TRIBUS Coach Announced

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices 2017 Sales Convention

Coach is TRIBUS’ latest product, and we were excited to share its capabilities with folks who visited our booth.  We gave away TRIBUS whistles to playfully announce Coach.   Coach lets agents set annual goals for production – gross commission income or transaction volume – and tracks that agent’s actual production against their goals.  Broker staff can review goals on a more frequent basis with the agent, and the agent can always see how they’re doing against their stated goals.  Sales volume, lead volume/sources, pricing efficiencies and more are some of the tools Coach includes.  Coach is offered to all TRIBUS customers for no extra cost.

Integrations

Lots of discussions were had around integrations – with TRIBUS’ current integrations with services such as transaction platforms, email/calendar applications, and lead generation platforms – and with some newer integration opportunities that we will be announcing shortly.  These new integrations will help increase conversions of website visitors to registered leads, and others help brokers use the considerable data they already have to better attract new customers.  We love discussing integrating with tools and apps that brokers use and love.  In fact, TRIBUS’ websites and CRM integrate with over 100 applications today, the more popular of which are discussed on our website.

Booth Visitor

the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices 2017 Sales Convention

Many current customers stopped by to say hello, but one of TRIBUS’ newer clients, JD Calvin, Managing Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Vision Real Estate in Columbia, Missouri, was surprised to see his picture and quote featured in our latest brochure.   His quote, in case you’re curious, refers to the chat component of our concierge service and reads, “That black button from 8am to 7pm is always there to click on for an immediate chat. I’ve used it probably eighty times in the last 24 hours and they’ve responded instantly every single time. They do it with a serious degree of grace and good timing.”

Puppies

At trade shows, it’s not unusual to have some attractions on the vendor show floor to help pull attendees into the vendor marketplace. This show was no exception in that regard, however, their attraction was new to me – an area that let you play with puppies up for adoption.   They were near our booth, and who can resist playing with a puppy?  We couldn’t.  While it looks like neither the puppy nor Michael from our marketing team were enjoying the moment, I can assure you at least one of them was!
