While TRIBUS offers an incredibly robust real estate CRM and a full Contactually replacement, some of your agents might choose to use Cloze. Cloze offers a robust CRM tool that’s used across multiple industries that helps you track when to follow up with clients. Like TRIBUS, it does this by integrating with your Gmail, Google Calendar, Office 365, Evernote, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
However, a very unique feature of the CRM is that it has made direct arrangements with cellular service providers like AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. By making these arrangements, they are able to pull in call data when your cell phone may not allow it.
Through their integration directly into the TRIBUS API and data warehouse, they are able to both push and pull data including contacts, tasks, transactions, notes, and listings. By pulling in your listings into Cloze, they can help you follow up with both current clients as well as those from the past. By connecting to the TRIBUS API – they are able to build a pipeline of expected closings for you.
To help protect your client data, the company has built a system that only allows each agent to see their own leads.
Additionally, the company has invested in some automated intelligence tools that give you suggestions about when to respond to individuals and like TRIBUS CRM it provides you nudges about birthdays, anniversaries, and more. Finally, Cloze provides an engagement metrics platform like email opens, clicks, calls, meetings, and more.
Cloze offers both a desktop version accessible in a browser as well as a mobile app for both Android and Apple iOS.
