The LeadRouter then automatically calls the agent who was matched with that new lead with, and using text-to-speech software, reads off the lead’s details. If the agent accepts the lead, they’re provided with more information to follow up with them as soon as they’re able. LeadRouter also offers an entire lead follow up system to keep your agents accountable for engaging with their leads, making sure no one slips through the cracks.
As part of our integration with LeadRouter, as soon as a new lead comes in through their system, a profile is also created for them in your TRIBUS brokerage CRM, matched with the assigned agent. This eliminates the need for entering the same information in multiple places, boosting productivity throughout your brokerages as your agents carry all their leads through the sales funnel.
