Smarter Agent provides a branded app for your brokerage, and personalized ones for each agent, available for both iOS and Android. Each agent will receive a unique URL for his or her app to place in market efforts; these agent apps feature their headshots and contact info. These show all area listings via IDX, not just your brokerage’s — so just like a traditional real estate brokerage IDX / VOW site, all leads generated through each of these agents apps go to either the brokerage or the individual agents (whoever’s app the lead downloaded), regardless of who’s listing the property.
It’s simple to integrate Smarter Agent with TRIBUS. After signing up for their services, you’ll be provided with a link that leads to a personalized, branded mobile engagement page (above) to download the app. (You can use this unique URL in your digital, print and social marketing.) When a visitor is viewing your real estate brokerage website from their desktop computer, rather than a direct download, he or she will instead be prompted to enter an email address for the link. TRIBUS’ client care concierge can set up a call to action, popping up to offer the download, on your brokerage website and, for the agent-specific apps, each agent website.
