Their apps are branded for your brokerage (including customizable colors, logo, splash screen and agent photos) and, from there, you can provide each agent with a personal link to share their own personalized app with his or her clients. The apps offer home search tools using real-time MLS data. Searches can incorporate options like commute times and school boundaries. Additionally, a customer can calculate their theoretical mortgage within the listing.
This HomeSpotter app is integrated with your TRIBUS website and CRM. In the case of the former, this means you can smoothly switch off between searching online and on the app. Meanwhile, your TRIBUS CRM syncs the leads you generate through HomeSpotter, so all your lead info is managed in one place.
