As a TRIBUS customer*, all users in your brokerage will receive, at no additional cost, agent and team websites. This includes support, hosting, backups and all maintenance to keep agent and team websites running smoothly, and they are connected to the brokerage account. If you create a custom brokerage website, you can offer your agents multiple custom agent theme options. Those agent sites can look substantially similar to your brokerage website, or they can be entirely different.

Agent websites can be setup as subdomains ( or ) — or you can use the agent’s own custom domain and still get the SEO credit.

New agent sites can be turned on by the admin and ready to go in a matter of minutes. That’s because we utilize a set of custom defaults made specially for each brokerage that includes brokerage branding, default imagery and info filled in automatically from the agent’s user profile for photos, contact info, bio, listings and more.  In addition, your real estate brokerage can choose to push down blog posts, market data, and community information.

It’s also very easy to connect agents up to a team — where the entire team can appear in a team roster (see below, a small sample from the website for RE/MAX Results’ Doyle Real Estate Team). Teams pages even have their own lead routing, a simple round robin between its members.

Agent and Team Websites

Each agent site receives its own brokerage-based IDX / VOW and even sold data.  More importantly, all leads generated on the agent or team sites are sent directly to that agent or team.

Beyond the defaults, agents are able to go in and customize their site settings. The level of customization ranges from one account to another, all depending on what the broker wants to allow agents to change.  Our customizer allows agents to easily make the site their own.  It’s easy for them to change their imagery, colors, contact information and more.  They can also add their own content and even begin their own blog, where they can post directly via an app from their smartphone.
