To best help you through everything your business entails, our Concierge client care team keeps extended hours to field questions and concerns, and make sure you and your agents have everything they need to conquer the real estate landscape in your area.
It is a simple fact: A customer support service that you can’t reach isn’t much of a customer support service at all. We want to make it easy for you to get a hold of us, because that is what a partner is. Our Concierge client care team will be available to you beyond the normal business hours — our team is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. central time — through various means, including phone, email and chat, depending on your preferred method of communication. We have particularly gotten a lot of positive feedback about our chat-based support; this method is as simple as clicking a little black button at the bottom right of any TRIBUS platform page and asking a question. Our team has been known to respond with the information you or your agents need in a matter of minutes.
