Named One of the Best Overall Brokerage Websites for 2018 and Best Mobile Website in 2019


RE/MAX Results — the largest RE/MAX franchise in the nation, with more than 1,200 agents — had a unique, singular vision for their Minnesota and Wisconsin based real estate brokerage website. Results didn’t just want their IDX search capabilities to be functional; they wanted them to be fun. They wanted users to experience a thrill as they’re looking for homes. They needed a completely custom real estate brokerage website.

Essentially, Results needed a site that would be appealing to tech-savvy buyers and sellers — modern, with a great listing search experience and mobile interface — while being intuitive enough to feel welcoming to the less technically advanced. Additionally, they needed all their web and back end systems, like its CRM and Intranet, housed under one roof.

Once we stepped in, we worked closely with RE/MAX Results every step of the way to make sure they were getting the exact website they wanted. The end product is a coupling of TRIBUS’ sleek, modern design aesthetic and RE/MAX Results’ vision. This is a brokerage that is constantly growing — so the site is easily administered by RE/MAX Results staff as they evolve, allowing the brokerage to manage its own offices and rosters without having to go through a middle-man. As a result of these sorts of efforts, adding new agents can be done in seconds. Given that their brokerage includes over 100 teams, we had special, team-centric features baked into their website, while agents are able to make their sites their own with a customizable look.

Its focal point lands on its IDX home search function, front and center, and the overall feel is friendly — not an ounce of the intimidation that can sometimes come along with the home buying process. The site uses handy interactive maps to help visualize the home buying search process, making for a painless user experience consistent with the most commonly accepted real estate interfaces (think: online marketplaces like Zillow). But don’t get the wrong idea; these maps are special. You can, for instance, overlay any area’s school districts on the map to make the search for the right home even easier. From there, it’s easy to navigate to the agent roster, community pages and more, even on mobile. The site couldn’t be easier to use, faster or more fun to browse — exactly what RE/MAX Results was looking for when they approached us.
