Keeping leads engaged means staying at the top of their minds. Keeping your brand relevant to those leads, meanwhile, means establishing yourself as the authority on real estate in your area — market trends, new exciting listings, what prices houses in the area are selling for, and so on. Our Market Insights feature looks to wed those two principles together, by sending potential customers monthly market information directly to their inbox.
Using a simple capture form (as pictured above), easily inserted into any listing or community page, visitors can quickly sign up for their Market Insights. Completing this form will opt them into an automated drip program. Using an email template, messages will be sent on the first business day of each month, including active listing stats and properties, as well as recently sold stats and properties (assuming your market has sold IDX/VOW data to automatically pull from). The templates are also automatically branded for the brokerage and the agent sending them (as seen below). This means, once the form and template are set up, neither you or your agents have to worry about keeping these leads updated with this sort of content; it’s completely set-it-and-forget-it.
TRIBUS always places importance on customization, and as with just about every other aspect of your website, we want you to be able to put your own spin on your Market Insights sign-up feature. As such, the signup form’s call to action (CTA) is custom to the theme on your brokerage site. This CTA (as pictured below) can be inserted into just about any page on your site, like a blog post or community page.
TRIBUS’ Market Insights feature makes consistent engagement totally painless, providing leads with relevant content on a monthly basis. Local market information makes for great content to send to leads, as it provides a solid metric for leads’ intents of buying or selling by how they interact with it.
