Email Parsing Integration Highlights:

• Forward lead information from other platforms to TRIBUS’ CRM
• Highlight pertinent data and send to special email address

At TRIBUS, our default method will always be to attempt to create a direct server-to-server connection via an API with another vendor.  We pride ourselves on working with any other vendor willing to work with us.  However, when the other real estate technology vendor does have have that capability, we can connect via email parsing.

Email parsing allows you to forward your lead alerts from another vendor to a special email address.  You can then highlight text in that email using the special tool and tell the system where you want it to go to in TRIBUS.  For example, you’d highlight name, email address, phone number and property interested in, that information would then come over to TRIBUS as soon as the system received the email.  (Take a peek at the informational page here.)

A good example of a vendor that does not currently have an API to send data to any other vendor is Realtor.com leads.  However, using this email parsing system, you can still get your leads into your TRIBUS real estate CRM.  We offer multiple options for email parsing, you can either use the basic option through Zapier or you can use Mailparser.
