REMAX Results – Largest RE/MAX Franchise Goes Live on TRIBUS

It’s been a busy last few months here at TRIBUS, but now we’re happy to announce that we just launched the new, fully custom website for REMAX Results! Being a regular member of the top 20 brokerages in the country as rated by Real Trends, Realtors know the Minneapolis-based REMAX Results as the biggest REMAX franchise in the U.S. Specifically, Results pulls in some of the highest productivity per agent in the country. However, over the past months, we have come to know them as our trusted partners with a superb executive team including owner John Collopy and COO Brenda Tushaus. Working with our project management, design and development teams, we enjoyed bringing their vision to life through our custom coding process. We couldn’t be more appreciative of the entire Results team — they were both receptive to our ideas and submitted a lot of their own that we loved. REMAX Results’ Awesome IDX Search

A lot of the focus here went into Results’ IDX search feature, placed front and center on their new website. While many real estate websites would be content to simply show all their listings in one big list, Results wanted to capture that exhilaration you can feel when you’re looking for that one, perfect home — all of those exciting new possibilities — rather than the anxiety of being faced with too many options. So we built them an innovative, unique home-search platform, as interactive as the user wants to make it.

If school districts are of particular importance in your search, for instance, you can easily overlay the district polygons over the search’s map view (as pictured above). Or if you want to pick your own, very specific search radius, just draw your boundaries right onto the map. It’s all very mobile-friendly and about as easy-to-use as it gets.

Real Estate Brokerage Features

There’s a lot to love about Results’ new features packed into its simple, streamlined interface. Some of these include local points of interest, in-depth community pages (pictured above), school data, market updates and mortgage calculators, with much more coming down the pipeline. We are also excited that Results is a launch partner for our newest product, Coach, which is an innovative platform allowing agents to set their own sales goals, and monitor their progress as they approach those goals throughout the year.

Results’ platform notably takes advantage of TRIBUS’ flexible API by utilizing several third-party vendors. For example, they’ve integrated with CallAction‘s inbound call lead engagement platform; marketing automation through Imprev; mobile apps from HomeSpotter; and Twilio‘s mobile lead-routing system. And that’s just to name a few — TRIBUS has over 150 possible integrations brokerage can employ.

We’re not done working with REMAX Results, of course. As we have been throughout this entire process, we will continue to work side-by-side with the brokerage moving forward. Our Concierge support team will be working tirelessly to bring their entire team up to speed on their new custom platform, as well as providing on going training and support directly to their agents. But, this is only the beginning of relationship. As with all of our clients, we seek to fully understand their brokerage so that we can be not only a technology partner, but a consulting one too. We are proud of what we’ve already accomplished with Results’ platform, and even prouder of what’s currently being worked on for release in the near future — stay tuned!
