The staff of Tribus was happy to donate our time and energy to this wonderful organization. Prudential California has done a great job spearheading the Charitable Foundation, and the way it donates is powerful. Among many great things, they let their agents and anyone from the community pitch them on why they should donate funds to their organization (think VC Funding for a Charity!) and most important to our goals at Tribus, 100% of every dollar donated goes to helping. There is $0 lost to overhead. With so many charities today that have bloated organizations that keep more than 50% of funds donated, this operation is unique.

With all of the proceeds benefiting The Charitable Foundation, the second annual iRock Fundraiser delivered a win for charities throughout Orange County. A collaborative effort between Nolet Spirits USA and Prudential California Realty’s Orange County network, the event raised over $10,000 to support the work performed by the foundation.
Over 100 people attended the event, which was held at the Carl Nolet Sr. Hospitality Center in Aliso Viejo. There was a raffle for an iPad, and the silent auction featured a wide array of items, from a coaching session with Tom Ferry, a stay at the Ritz Carlton, and a package with tickets to the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, to an optimized agent website from Tribus Real Estate Technologies, gift cards from Nick’s and The Vine, and a car detail/maintenance package from Cars & Things valued at $1000.
