Here is the low down. Psst you can even do this from your cell phone, right now. Once you give your email address, a list appears of all the subscriptions and email lists you are on. It shows you whom it is from & company name. Then if you wish to not receive the email you hit the red minus button. Then google will hold back those emails. They are even nice enough to give you a daily email to show you what was blocked and how to access if you wish too.
